The author's footnotes do not reveal how he knows this; when I asked him about it while preparing this review, Mr. Cullen said he did not necessarily mean to imply that Harris was sexually active. Both come to similar conclusions about the psychology of the killers, but Kass also gives information that goes against the psychopath profile. Kass also brings in other factors that contributed to the shootings: A Wild West mentality, and problems in the suburbs and small towns.
